Baptista highlights Real Madrid chief scout Calafat: Everyone he brings ends up exploding!

Former Real Madrid attacker Julio Baptista has highlighted the work of Juni Calafat in building the current team.

The chief scout has been key in deals for many Brazilians over the years, including the incoming Endrick.

Baptista told Marca: "Juni Calafat (head of scouting and international football at the club), yes. Juni is a friend, and a great professional. He began his career commentating on Brazil matches, and from there he already understood football very well.

"And that helps him for his current work, in which he has made impressive achievements. Be careful, and not only with Brazilian players, but with others as well.
